Traineeships ( STEP )

Meetings take place on Tuesdays, at 8pm. Our VP is Michał Mioduszewski and he provides valid information concerning meetings.

STEP section is responsible for finding traineeships for law students and coordination of international Student Traineeship Exchange Programme. We contact our future partners, negotiate terms of cooperation and search for everyone willing to gain real professional experience. Thanks to us dozens of students take their first steps in law firms, legal departments of various companies, banks and governmental institutions. Many of them are offered to become employees when they finish they traineeship.

Apart from traineeships that take place in Warsaw, we also give a chance to participate in a unique programme of international traineeship in various institutions involved in application and interpretation of law across entire Europe.

That’s not all what we do, however. During the National Days of Legal Traineeships organized by us, representatives of our partners take part in meetings with students. Their aim is to familiarize young future lawyers with available job opportunities and help them choose the best career path. We also take care of foreign students who visit Warsaw as a part of the international Student Traineeship Exchange Programme. The skills we obtain and acquaintances we make are a invaluable experience, indispensable in the future career.

Our sections has around 40 members from different grades and universities. We are a well-coordinated, experienced team open to fresh ideas and new people.
